Warp Knit
• Warp Knitting business was the first initiative by Ginza back in 1990 and till date is the flagship business of the company.
• Spread across 120000 sqft, with a capacity of more than 200,000 metres a day it produces widest range of Raschel, Tricot Knit, Jacquard and Stretch fabrics/laces
Weft Knit
• Weft knitted fabric is one of the most essential component for an intimate apparel product. Fabrics from man made fibers specially curated for Intimate apparels, boxers, athleisure wear and active wear product categories is our forte.
• All types of nylon, cotton, polyester, spandex fabrics are manufactured employing state of the art machinery with a monthly output of 100 tons
Embroidery
• Embroidered fabrics are a core strength of Ginza. We posses capabilities of Schiffli and Mutli head machines and all products from Guipure all over & laces to embroideries on cambric, viscose, mesh and jerseys.
• Capability to supply dyed fabrics in cotton, viscose, polyester and polyamide blends.
• Daily capacity of 15 million stitches
Elastics
• Elastic tapes has been one of the key business for Ginza, and we’re proudly one of the largest domestic elastic tape suppliers.
• With most marquee brands as our customers, we make more than 800,000 mtrs of woven, knitted and jacquard tapes daily.
Dyeing & Processing
• Processing is the differentiating factor to set the right quality when in comes to stretch fabrics.
• Ginza has two processing units with state of the art machinery to enable us to supply the right quality for dyed, prints and various other value added fabrics, every single time. Monthly capacity close to 50 tons a month
• In house sublimation printing facility facilitates supply of printed fabrics.
Torchan Lace Braiding
• Torchan Laces are extensively used as trims in various fashion garments and increasingly being used as stitched fabrics for beach wear cover ups.
• With Japanese machines to provide the best quality in this product, Ginza has a capacity to make 30,000-35,000 mtrs per day.
Trims
In line with our backward integration strategy, we’ve set up plants for bra cup manufacturing and eye hook tapes to be able to provide a one stop solution to our intimate apparel customers.
Apparel Manufacturing
• Three plants with more than 1500 machines and trained workforce to be able to deliver the right quality and fit every time.
• Products manufactured range from intimate apparels, nightwear, active wear and fashion wear.
• Dedicated set up for “S.O.I.E” to provide our customers with the best fit in every product.
